My girls (8yrs & 4yrs) bedtime schedule is 8:15pm weekdays and 9:15pm weekends. I need someone to get them off to school. One takes the bus in the morning at 7:20am (she wakes up by herself at 6:40am) gets home on the bus at 3:20pm (walks home from bus) and the other( wakes up at 7:30) gets dropped off at pre-k by 8:10am and picked up by 1:45pm. They both go to the same school, dress themselves (may need guidance on matching). However, once my 4 yr old starts Kindergarten they will be on the same school schedule.
My one year old would be home during the day and wakes up around 7am and takes 2 naps (around 10:30am & 3pm) and goes to bed between 6:30-7:15pm.
My 13 year old handles himself mostly… he wakes up at 7am and leaves for the bus at 8:20am arrives home at 4:45pm and has a 9 pm weekday bedtime and 10:30pm weekends.
Nanny would be responsible for making meals… breakfast and lunch for 1 yr old daily and Dinner. (Dinner schedule- pasta Monday's, taco Tuesdays, Wings Wednesdays, Thursday kids eat left overs or food of their choice. Every other Friday we order takeout, and try to go out to fun activities/eat out Saturdays, Sunday dinners I cook) and snacks. light housekeeping, pet care and helping the kids do their chores required as well as grocery shopping when needed.
My 13 yr old will need reminders in regards to chores like remembering to take out the trash on Sunday night, feeding our Dog and other minor task.
The kids go to their dads every other weekend from Friday 5:30pm to Sunday 7:30pm as well as rotating holidays and every other week in the summers (nanny will be off when all the kids are away unless something changes )
This person should expect to be available when I have to go out of town and should be comfortable keeping the kids on their routine. We do take 2 family vacations a year nanny optional (expense paid)
FYI, I will take on any part of schedule at random and need the nanny to be able to adapt as needed.
