An extra set of hands for day-to-day chores is of the utmost importance to help our lives run smoothly. Think: an extension of our family support system. We want the “what would we do without _____ in our lives”
Requirements:
- Clean Driving Record & has own car
- CPR certified
- Clean background check
- Fully vaccinated & boosted
- Health conscious & more than self aware when it comes to illnesses and germs
- Must be comfortable with dogs
Responsibilities
- Pick up children from daycare 3 to 4 days a week & care for them afterwards. This could include: playtime, set up dinners, bath, bottles, dog walking
- Prep dinner & next day’s school bags
- Laundry & Dishes - keep kitchen tidy
- Light organization needs (i.e. help sort out kids clothes and turn them over for the season, store them, etc)
Other opportunities for additional income:
- Care for dog while family is traveling
- Overnight / weekend care
- Date nights
- Extra-curricular activities/sports practices for the boys
An ideal schedule would look like:
- 2:00 or 3:00 - Come to house, tidy up kitchen and turn over laundry, check any other household needs
- Get dinner prepped for boys
- Walk & feed dog
- Errands as needed (grocery/ dinner prep for family)
- Pick up children from daycare, bring home, empty school bags, prep bags for next day.
- Bathtime/ Bedtime as needed
Our ideal candidate would be a fun-loving caregiver who enjoys children and is proactive in taking on tasks without being told what needs to be done. If you are a self-starter who loves kids and dogs - then we can’t wait to meet you!
