A little bit about us

Full-Time Nanny – Valley, NE

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and engaging nanny to care primarily for our 5-month-old.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–3:45 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience

Location: Valley, NE

PTO: One week paid PTO after 90 days

We do ask that the nanny does not bring children with them

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and will take initiative throughout the day—planning developmentally appropriate activities, tummy time, sensory play, reading, walks/outdoor time, and helping our baby work toward milestones as he grows.

Our older children (ages 6, 8 & 10) may occasionally be home on school breaks or days off and are fairly independent.

Responsibilities include:

* Attentive, engaging infant care

* Planning age-appropriate activities

* Bottles/feeding and bottle washing

* Children’s laundry and light pickup/tidying

* Occasional care of our older children

Our ideal nanny is dependable, consistently on time, experienced with infants, comfortable working independently, and someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. Reliability is extremely important to us, so we need someone who can commit to a consistent M–F schedule with minimal unscheduled absences.

If interested, please message me with a little about yourself, your childcare experience, availability, desired hourly rate, and references!
