A little bit about us
Candidates should be comfortable taking care of two children at once when needed. The children have care from grandparents and part time daycare, so the role will typically be one child per day. However, in the event the daycare is closed or the grandparents are unavailable, there will be times where both children are home needing care for the day.
We are looking for someone to provide:
- age appropriate engagement and activities for both toddler and infant
- basic personal care (feedings, diaper changes, naps, baths, clean clothes)
- daycare pickup for the toddler
- light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning up children's toys and play areas, their dishes, and children's laundry)
- optionally we'd be interested in discussing additional duties such as meal prep, general light housekeeping
A bit about our family: We enjoy being outdoors, sports, and hobbies. We value play and games as well as reading and quiet time. We aim to create a loving, playful environment that has rules and boundaries to keep things running smoothly.
Our family includes a dog (German shorthair pointer/lab mix age 4), and two indoor/outdoor cats aged 6.
