A little bit about us

We have a newborn that will need care starting from mid October 2022, when she will be around 4 1/2 months old. We are reworking our schedules right now for when we return to work, but will most likely need 36-40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7:30-5, with likely every Friday off (but could possibly only be every other Friday, so may need someone alternate Fridays as well). We primarily telework from home so will be around but will need someone to care for the baby while working.

We prefer someone who is passionate about engaging with babies/children and who is aware of and practices more modern care methods (i.e. we see the benefit of nurturing babies and not fans of 'just letting it cry itself out" etc).

We should not need assistance with pick-up, drop-off, etc. , but as the baby is both breast and formula fed, we may at times need help with preparing formula. We also have a small dog (yorkshire terrier), but nanny is not expected to take over care for dog.

We are a bilingual family (English/Spanish), so while certainly not a requirement, someone who is fluent in Spanish would be a plus, since we want our daughter to be bilingual as well. Please feel free to ask any questions!

A little bit about us

I need someone overnight 8:30p-7a. I have two, well respected, outgoing, loving children. I just need someone to keep an eye over them while I work and may occasionally have to occasionally transport them to school. My schedule is flexible but are set in for 6 week increments, so if you’re working for someone I can fit to your schedule if I’m made aware early!
