A little bit about us

Were looking for a caring, reliable, and organized nanny to join our family and care for our two boys (ages 2 and 4) in Medina. Our boys are active, curious, and love adventures. Whether its trips to the library, parks, or play dates. They also enjoy the occasional cozy day at home. They thrive on being engaged, learning new things, and helping with whatever is going on around them. Primary duties include providing nurturing care, planning fun activities, preparing meals, and keeping play areas tidy. Additional tasks include childrens laundry, organizing spaces, and rotating clothing (cleaning out dressers and swapping out small clothes). We may also discuss light house management like errands or household organization. Childcare always comes first. Comfort with dogs is required, and pool supervision experience is a plus.

A little bit about us

Hello,
We are looking for a full time- long term nanny to grow with our family and watch our 3 kids starting in Jan 2024 through school aged (potentially 4 yrs?). There is flexibility to start sooner in October while I am home on maternity leave. We currently have a toddler who will be 2.5 at the start time, and twin boys who will be 3 months old. We offer a full time, consistent schedule, Mon-Friday, 40 hr work week from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Opportunity to travel with us on vacation if interested. I am also very flexible if you need time off! Duties would include watching & playing with the babies during the day and preparing bottles/meals/snacks.
We also have 4 dogs who are crated during the day, I'd prefer to leave them crated. You do not have to do anything with the dogs, but just be comfortable that they are in home.

A little bit about us

We are a family of 6 with 4 amazing children that will need all the love that they can get while I am recovering from surgery. My oldest daughter is special needs, she does go to school full time m-f but will need helping feeding changing and needs carried as she is non mobile and non verbal. the Two boys 2 1/2 and 4 are the easiest, both potty trained play together and sleep in same room. They will need help dressing and food made for them. Baby girl is so much fun, she will need diapered and dressed and given bottles. she will eat anything, and loves her sleep! All of my children are pretty low maintenance, they love to play outside the rest of the time after arriving home from daycare, or I sometimes allow them to have tablet time. The baby tells us when she is ready for bed, that varies from 6-7pm. The boys have to be told it is bedtime but will listen and go to their shared room. Again, my oldest will need carried to bed.
our days are pretty routine; I will need someone to be here in the morning at 7am dress all the kids make them breakfast (microwavable things). Oldest gets picked up by transport in driveway at 7:50 and get then get the 3 littles to daycare right after. Be back by 3 m-thurs and 1? on Fridays for oldest return home. She can get a bottle or snack after sleep but mainly will nap. the 3 littles will need picked up by 5:30 from daycare to start evening routine. Make dinner play inside/outside bath 2xs a week, and bedtime. I want you to love them while I can't and acre for them just like I would. I will need laundry done 2xs a week and dishes done daily.
I will not be able to lift or bend while in recovery so I am looking for someone that can really help me. My husband is 3rd shift so I am used to doing this on my own, help is hard to ask for. my dog will also need let out and fed.
