My schedule is crazy. Some times I have to start work at 12am. Other times I start at 8am. Thankfully it's only Monday through Friday.
I am simply looking for someone to help get him to and from daycare unless you can guarantee that he will have kid interaction throughout the week. And to stay with him when I have to leave so early for work.
Our home is a conscientious parenting home and he does free eat as I am a stickier on him listening to his body. I will need help potty training him soon.

I work overnights. So it’s hard getting a sitter for overnights.
My kids names are Avery and Paxton
Ages 10 months to 3 years old.
I work 40 hours a week and rotate weekends so my schedule is not the same. Days off change and every other weekend I work.
I need someone to help watch them at night I’ll have them fed bathed and ready for bed by the time I leave.
I need help in the mornings having them ready by the time I get home. They do attend daycare. I take them in the mornings and drop them off.
