We have four amazing kids who bring so much joy and personality to our home:
Olivia (17) – Independent and busy with school and friends.
Holden (5) – A bright, curious boy who attends Harrisburg Academy full-time until 2:45 PM.
Callen (3) – Full of energy and imagination! He attends preschool 3x/week from 9-11:30.
Henley (19 months) – Our happy, sweet baby girl who everyone adores.
I work in healthcare outside the home (typically 7:00–3:30), and my husband works from a home office. While he’s focused during the day, he’s available if needed. We also have 4 friendly dogs.
Our family values kindness, creativity, and connection. We don’t use TV or screens for our children — we love to fill their days with outdoor play, reading, crafts, etc. We’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy and genuinely enjoys engaging with kids in meaningful ways.
The position focuses primarily on caring for our toddler and our preschooler (when he’s not in school). Responsibilities include keeping them safe, happy, and engaged through play, as well as light tidying and simple meal prep related to the children. Occasional care for our 5 year old on days off school and very occasional weekend or overnight help (for short parent getaways) would be appreciated but not required.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Start Date: Flexible (late fall or early winter).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, with paid holidays and vacation time.

What a Day Might Look Like
We are big believers in getting outside and being active. We would love our nanny to take our twins to local parks, explore the neighborhood, and engage with other children in the community. Socialization and outdoor time are really important to us.
No pick-up or drop-off required at this time, though having your own reliable vehicle is preferred for outings.

We can get you enrolled in some baby and me classes, or arrange for "field trips" during the week if you want to get out to explore. Hello! Our family is looking for a dedicated, experienced nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby girl. Our ideal candidate will provide a nurturing environment, ensuring our daughter’s safety and well-being while supporting our family’s needs. We expect our nanny to engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate openly with us about the baby's progress. Some of the responsibilities we're looking to have fulfilled include the following:
* Infant Care: Provide attentive care for our 3-month-old, including feeding (bottle and, when appropriate, introducing solids), diaper changes, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. * Developmental Stimulation: Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones, including tummy time, sensory play, and reading.
*Health and Safety: Monitor and manage the baby's health and hygiene, including maintaining cleanliness of feeding bottles and toys, and recognizing any signs of illness. *Routine Management: Follow the established daily routine for naps, feedings, and activities while being adaptable to the baby’s evolving needs.
* Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding the baby's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Provide daily updates on activities, feeding, and sleeping.
* Light Household Tasks: Assist with baby-related tasks such as preparing bottles, cleaning up after feedings, and organizing baby’s belongings.
* Date Night: Able to do babysitting for date nights, a plus; will be compensated separately.
* Travel: Willing to travel with us is a plus!
