About the Family & Role:
We lead with kindness, compassion, and a deep belief in letting children explore and discover the world through nature, creativity, and secure relationships. We are looking for someone who can offer a steady, respectful presence as our girls grow and change.
The role involves engaging the children through age-appropriate, low-tech activities; helping the toddler develop independence; and supporting the infant’s routines with confidence and care. Additional responsibilities include light household tasks such as tidying, prepping meals/snacks, and occasional driving to local activities. A family vehicle is available for work use.
What We are Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a private household
Strong background caring for both infants and preschoolers
Calm, patient, and comfortable supporting toddler emotions and transitions
Enjoys cooking simple, healthy meals
Values communication, reliability, and being part of a family team
Comfortable working in a home where one parent works remotely
