M-F it would be 4-5 hours. 10 am- 2/3pm
3 children, 6, 8 and 9. It would be assisting in snacks, lunch, activities like crafts, computer help, lesson help, movies, park trips, little outings.
All 3 of my children are on the spectrum, low to medium support needs.
I work hybrid remote, so I will be home most of the time. I am scheduled to relocate to Mission and would need care starting April 1, 2026.
I homeschool, and all plans and supplies will be available to you.
Who would fit with us?
Patience is super important in our home, kind. Funny, and easy going.
We speak openly about our beliefs and encourage imagination in our home so if embracing fairies, gnomes, trolls and sprites as real ect is a barrier probably not a good fit.

Nova, 4yo, and Olenna (aka Lenny), 2yo, full time for the summer, and perhaps long term. Nova starts pre-k in August and will be at school in the mornings. Olenna will potty train in the next few months. Their routines are flexible and we are a very laid back family. Mom and Dad both work in TV production/Media and will be at the office/on set, sometimes working from home or in & out of the house.
The right fit will emphasize reading, imaginative play, music and a positive attitude towards academics. Over the summer we especially want them to frequent the park, library, pool, and social areas in order to make friends in the neighborhood.
We're looking for someone 30-40 hours a week. Childcare is the sole responsibility but includes light housekeeping for the kids' daily needs (snacks/lunch dishes, picking up their rooms, occasional sweeping and changing sheets, etc.)
Must be comfortable with cats (2).
Grandma helps often and will be part of the equation on some days.
