A little bit about us

Hi all, I am looking for a full time nanny for my son. He's 4, and amazing! He will steal your heart away! However, he has autism (high functioning. Can communicate, potty trained, etc.) I am looking for a person who wants to be with us for a long time and wants to be part of the family. Someone with a passion for kids, and who has experience with and loves the spicy ones. Someone loving and kind and patient. Someone who loves to be physically active and has no problem jumping into a kids world and being their best friend. We are gentle parents (not permissive), and we set our expectations of him in accordance with his development and disabilities. We don't do screen time, we love to be outside, we have a cat and a dog, both very loving. We prefer a non smoker because that always travels with you on your clothes and it gives me migraines. Other than that what you do on your personal time is your personal business and you have the right to that. We're very supportive, open minded, kind, and honestly I think a pretty fun family! However we do really need some help. So thanks for reading all this!
