A little bit about us

Seeking Outgoing And Special Caregiver For Our Daughter.
Looking for a full-time caregiver/companion for our young girl with some special needs: developmental delay and epilepsy in Verndale.

Ideal match must be comfortable working with someone who may need medical intervention.
Must be patient and kind, and comfortable around animals (we have a few😊) Be willing to play and care for her even while we are home. She needs pretty constant supervision so sometimes it may just be helping us out while we are working around the house and outside. We’d love someone who would be willing to travel or even go camping with us! She doesn’t like to be out of routine, and doesn’t always like to be on the go. So someone who would be willing to stay a weekend at our home with her should we take her big sisters to stay somewhere that may just be too overwhelming or a sensory overload for her. She’s becoming more independent and we want her to practice daily living skills, but she also needs prompting on some things. She loves art, crafts, music, being outdoors. She is content on her tablet so we try to engage and encourage her to interact. She loves to play, but usually won’t be the initiator of it. So someone who likes to play pretend, and help her think outside the box!

Our little is a very fun loving, silly and playful girl and we are hoping to add someone as part of the family to help care for her.
