We are looking for someone who can help her stay organized, encourage her creativity and social growth, and assist her with daily routines and help her become more independence. We welcome people with no experience with special needs and no certification is required, we will provide and short training!
Ideal qualities:
Responsible, good listener, patient, and caring
Prefer to have grown up in the US to be able to understand and engage with Julia’s interests
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs is a plus NOT a need
Julia loves Disney/children’s movies (Coco and Onward are favorites), baking, traveling, working out, and creative projects. Someone who can engage with her interests and encourage her strengths would be a wonderful fit.
Additional Role:
We are also looking for someone to take on the role as Team Manager as well as a support to Julia. This would include scheduling, keeping up with the team, and being able to aid in helping others. This would pay $32/hr. You would get certified through an Ohio DSP agency. For this role, a background in education, SPECIAL education caregiving, or pre school related fields is beneficial.
We are very flexible with hours. You can pick how often you would like to work, what days and how much you work (up to 35 hours). If you are interested at all or have further questions please feel free to message me!

Our expected schedule is around 10 hours per day, likely starting as early as 6 or 7am.
