A little bit about us

***Not Actively Looking*** Looking for a reliable, loving, fun nanny/family assistant. We have 3 children - 6yrs, 4yrs, 2yrs. A typical day starts at 8, help the 2 oldest kids get ready for school (unless they have days off or it’s summer break and will be home with you), get our youngest all ready, have a day full of adventures, reading, play, learning, etc. with her, get her down for her nap after lunch, and then food prep/cleaning/laundry while she’s napping. No screens, please. There may be occasional grocery pickup, school pickup, or even helpful things like Amazon drop-offs, etc.. We’re members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We don’t expect you to have the same beliefs, but we do hold them dear and strive to teach them in our home. We treat this as a job, not just babysitting, with pay through Care.com and bonuses as our family succeeds through your help. Monday-Friday 8-3:30 from now until school starts next Fall. Pay based on experience. Thank you!!

A little bit about us

We are seeking a nanny for our three children—two daughters (7 and 5) who attend school/camp from 8 AM to 5 PM, and a newborn baby boy arriving in April 2025. This role will begin with date nights and weekend babysitting so we can all get to know each other, with additional hours starting in late May or early June.

This is a split-shift position, which means we are open to hiring one person for both shifts (8 hrs/day max; 40 hrs/wk max) or two separate nannies to accommodate different schedules. Morning and/or evening shifts are available. The primary focus will be ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while providing care for the newborn in the morning and/or evening and engaging with the older children before and after school through play, crafts, and learning activities. At least one parent will be present when all three children are home, so you will be working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Provide loving and attentive care for the newborn, including bottle preparation, feeding, diaper changes, naps, and soothing.
Engage the older children in fun and enriching activities, including pretend play, crafts, and outdoor play.
Help with morning wake-up routines (if working the morning shift) and bedtime routines (if working evenings).
Prepare and cook child-friendly meals and snacks, including bottle prep.
Child-related dishwashing, tidying toys, laundry, and light housekeeping to keep shared spaces clean and organized.
Driving children to and from activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of childcare experience, including newborn care.
Up to date on vaccines (COVID, flu, Tdap, and MMR).
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Open to occasional date nights and travel with our family.
Warm, responsible, and looking for a long-term role
