* Reliable and responsible (e.g. own transportation, is on-time)

* Willing and able to learn & adapt quickly to our schedule & rules
* Physically capable of carrying/holding/handling 18+ pounds up & down stairs (two-story home)
* Maintains hygiene to protect baby’s health (e.g. frequent washing of hands, etc)
