We have a 15 month old boy, and a 2 and half year old that is in pre-school. Our Nanny would watch the baby in the morning and watch both kids in the afternoon. Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm. I have three children, ages 10, 6 and 4. Tyler is 10, Tim is 6 and Trinity is 4. Both Tyler and Tim are enrolled in school and will need before and after school pickup/drop off. My current work schedule is 6am to 6pm Wednesday through Friday. Around July my schedule may change to 6am-6pm Monday and Tuesday. My wife is going to be working in the bay area starting mid May and we are in a scramble to find some affordable childcare. We are planning to move to Roseville in the next couple weeks and currently live in Grass Valley. Both Tyler and Tim will soon be enrolled in a school near where we move. The nanny would help get our daughter ready for daycare in the morning while Mom works from home in the next room and Dad heads to work himself. We are looking for someone open to learning about care for complex conditions, with a special preference for those who know ASL and those who are comfortable working with natural, textured hair (4a) during morning routines. We are an international and interfaith home :)
