30-35 hours/week (flexible) — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (off Wednesdays). Occasional flexibility for longer days as needed. You’re a professional, nurturing caregiver with 5+ years of experience with toddlers and infants. You’re confident with developmental milestones, potty training, healthy cooking/nutrition, and creating intentional, outdoor-focused days. Montessori background is a plus. Must be comfortable with dogs and be CPR/First Aid certified. This is a stable, long-term role for someone who loves teaching through play and becomes part of the family.
