Week days only, about 15 days per month when mom works
Mom has a variable work schedule, works both days and nights. On work days leaves at 6:30am, home anywhere between 5 and 8pm. On work nights would need coverage from when dad is gone until about 4pm while mom sleeps.
Dad leaves for work at 6:30, home anywhere from 4-7pm
Some light baby-related chores included (washing bottles and baby laundry). No pick-up or drop off required
