A little bit about us

Family of 4. Two girls one is 19 months old and one is 2 months. My husband works 8-5 Monday thru Friday and I’m looking to go back to work a couple days a week and might have times where our schedules overlap. It would be part time childcare preferably at our place. With not a set schedule but could give a week heads up in advance. Just taking care of little ones and playing/giving them attention. I would meal prep for the day and have cleaning done already to make it easier.

A little bit about us

Hello! I'm looking for someone to watch my 4 babies on a Saturday or Friday night while dad and I have some time for ourselves. The maximum hours would be 6. My 2 oldest boys stay up a little late on the weekends but the latest for them would be 9, 10 pm. My 2 youngest go to sleep early at 8. All my boys are sweet hearts. They love all the love and attention. Dad and I were sketchy about this app but we're going to give it a shot and hopefully we find someone that's trustworthy.

A little bit about us

Needing a nurturing, patient, experienced nanny for a 5-7 day, full time job then on occasion afterwards. Sophia is 9 months old, teething & needs a nanny that will play & interact with her most of the time the nanny is here. We need an older woman who has plenty of experience and who will keep the kitchen and her bottles/dishes clean. Also wash and fold her laundry & take out her diaper pail when it becomes full. Sophia is still learning to crawl & sit up. She needs time to get use to a new person so we will not just throw you right iin.My husband Jerry will be the one mostly here getting the rest while she is under your care. We have nanny cams on full time & we need someone that is willing to do things the same as how we have been doing it with her. Thank you.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Mesa, AZ

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Mesa, AZ

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Mesa, AZ? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
