Looking for a nanny for my sweet, very mellow 3 month old girl. We’d need care 4 afternoons/week, about 1-5pm (maybe 12-6) on Wednesday-Saturday. I’m hoping to nanny-share to keep costs lower for me and pay higher for you. She is slow to gain weight, so good feeds and letting us know how she’s eating/eliminating is important.

It would be Monday & Tues 10am-330pm. And Wed & Thurs 730am -330pm. I work from home Monday & Tuesdays, so I'd be at the house but I have to be on calls most of the day. Wed and thursday i have to go into the office from 8am-12pm and I'd be back at home but again on calls until I'm off at 330pm. My son is 5 months old, a very happy baby but is currently teething and I can't give him the attention he needs while I'm working. My step daughter is 10, she will be here full time for the summer, she's very independent so the care I need is for is mostly for my son.
