A little bit about us

Looking for a long term nanny for our identical twin girls. They were born 13 weeks early and recently were discharged from the NICU. They are both on oxygen and one has a G-tube.

We are looking for care from 8:30-4:30 Monday - Friday starting as soon as possible. Must start by January 22nd.

Primary responsibility is care of the girls including managing G-tube feedings (willing to teach if no previous experience). Plus girls laundry and cleaning bottles/pump parts.

We are hoping to establish a long term relationship to care for the girls from now until pre-k.

Due to girls prematurity and susceptibility to severe complications we require proof of vaccination for covid-19, flu, TDAP, and MMR.

-Rate $32-36 depending on experience.
-30 guaranteed hours per week
-11 paid holidays
-8 PTO days per contract year

A little bit about us

Hi, I’m looking for a nanny to look after my daughter who will be turning 3 months old in September. We are waiting for a spot at our daycare to open up, so I don’t have a fixed amount of time that we’ll be needing a nanny for. Looking for someone who can go to our house M-F 8 hrs/day. I am working from home so no additional expectations other than helping me look after my daughter.

A little bit about us

We are Brad and Barb and looking for a family to share our nanny with. Our daughter is 11 months old, and we'd like to find a similarly aged kiddo to share with. We live in Louisville, CO and would like to find some fun, kind, healthy, and friendly parents to nanny share starting in August 2024. Barb works from home, and we would prefer to host at our home. We have one golden doodle that will be outside or in her own area during the day.

We have pretty consistent schedules. We'd love to find a family that promotes joy, learning, solid rest, and adventure. Ideal situation is five days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm. We have identified an incredible nanny that we've enjoyed the last two years.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Louisville, CO

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Louisville, CO

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Louisville, CO? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
