A little bit about us

We are looking for a highly qualified nanny that can provide more than just sitting with our child. We work with her throughout the day on mobility skills as well as early education.
First aid CPR as well as AED certified is required.
We are happy to set a consistent schedule part time, but would like to have the ability to schedule a date night every so often, but with plenty of notice.

This position could involve taking vacations with us in the future.
We usually stay in the US, but on occasion will look to travel internationally.

A positive pleasant personality is a must. We are not religious and do not want religion encouraged on our child.
We do not agree with any type of woke behavior.
We want to find someone who would look out for our child while in their care with upmost protective behavior.

Our baby girl is 6 months old will be taking swimming lessons to start learning how to float flip and swim for her safety.

No transportation will be needed to anywhere at this time.

A little bit about us

Looking for a dedicated, caring nanny to watch our 2 youngest children, M-F 8am-4pm or 5pm. They currently attend a daycare that I love, but they are getting sick far too often (as daycare children do), and I am having to miss too much work. I have a 6 month old, a 20 month old old, and a 7 year old (he will be at school all day.) The baby is very easygoing and loves to be talked to. The toddler is rambunctious and silly, loves snacks! Art, music, reading, watch TV, messy play, we love to do all the things. All my children are healthy, besides seasonal allergies. They nap in their own rooms (baby is upstairs, toddler is downstairs). We live in a 2-story house on 5 acres of land. We usually play downstairs in the large living area. My parents live on the next street over, so help is always close by if there is an emergency. My office is only 8 miles down the road as well, and my husband is self-employed and sometimes works from home in his office. We have no inside pets.

We have 3 babies. Elijah: 6 years old, Aaliyah: 1 years old, & Christian: 1 month old. Our youngest is a literal angel, while the older 2 are off the walls, LOL. Very active and need to be entertained all day. Ms. Rachel definitely helps us in this house. We don’t have too many rules. We are just looking for part time babysitting for date nights & days mom(me) needs for herself (self care days) since dad works everyday.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Clermont, FL

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Clermont, FL

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Clermont, FL? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
