Looking for a reliable and caring nanny for our one year old daughter, Grace. Right now, she has a little separation anxiety, but it’s manageable.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around if needed, but we’d love for her to build a bond with a trusted caregiver.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a nanny to care for Grace for about 4 days a week and occasionally on weekends.
Responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in playtime
- Taking her on walks around the neighborhood
- Feeding (bottles & lunch/snacks)
- Changing diapers and assisting with nap time
- Vacuuming play area once at end of day & washing used baby dishes from the day
- Provide end of day report

She is overall a very happy baby but demands human interaction. She does not have an independent personality yet. She also enjoys walks in her stroller and being outside.
Our Neighborhood:
Small neighborhood, totaling one mile in length. Driveway is available for parking. The neighborhood has no sidewalks but is safe to walk in the streets due to low traffic. There are two parks nearby less than a mile away.
Looking for:
A caregiver who has a sincere, vested interest in the early development of our child through meaningful play. Someone who has acute attention to detail and can follow a strict schedule. Patience is also required, especially for our daughter who requires constant engagement. Looking for an active, creative, and outgoing caregiver.
Expectations:
Expecting punctuality and open, clear, and honest communication. When it comes to tending for our child, especially in regards to naps, the "crying out" method is isn't practiced. Care for our dog is also needed- responsibilities include letting the dog out, daily walks, and refilling the water bowl.
Schedule:
We are looking for help weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm
7 am: wake followed by milk feed
7:30: solid feed
9:30: down for nap
10:00: up from nap
10:45: milk feed

We are new parents to our first baby boy, Jesse. Jesse was born 8 weeks early at 32 weeks gestation and graduated from the NICU after 31 days. We will be looking for an in home Nanny to care for Jesse beginning in June or July of this year once his father and I return to work. I work from home so I will be in home during care hours, but unavailable to tend to him due to my position. Being a preemie, Jesse had a few issues in the beginning of his life including apnea, regulating his temperature and reflux. I would love to have someone who has experience with a baby that may have had some of these issues before so that they know how to handle special situations! Jesse was technically born on January 25th 2024 but his due date was 3/22/24 - meaning he will be at the developmental stage of about a 3-4 month old once we need care for him. We also have 4 dogs at home and two cats, but they will not need to be cared for by our Nanny. Need someone extremely reliable, honest, and diligent! Hours will be Monday- Friday from 9am until my husband comes home from work (anywhere between 3pm-5pm)
