We are offering housing (off-site) and a personal vehicle included with the job. Seeking a nanny in Austin for 1 child starting in February. Some light housekeeping is required for the baby, such as laundry, dishes, and food prep. I work in real estate and both my husband and I work in and out of the house. During downtime, if working from home, I would love some support with light office assistant work. Our schedule can be pretty flexible, so we can work with your schedule and determine days and times that are ideal. We are looking for a reliable/flexible babysitter for our 16 month old toddler boy, occasionally including our 8-year-old boy. I’m a nurse working 12-hour shifts from home (8a-8p), and my husband is a firefighter working 24-hour shifts.
We need help during overlapping work schedules, typically in the mornings (7:45-11 am) or full days (8:30 am-8 pm). Our schedule varies weekly but is available 9 weeks in advance so you may plan other jobs around it easily.

Create a safe, loving and nurturing environment for our son
Run his daily routine, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities as he grows
Prepare bottles, and eventually meals as he transitions
Light housework including cleaning up after mealtimes (including bottle/pump part washing), laundry, tidying up, and basic pet care (letting dogs out in backyard)
Occasional help running errands (grocery pick-up, package drop-off)
Must have experience with infants, willing to provide references and take a background check, be a non-smoker, up-to-date on vaccines, have access to reliable transportation, and certified in infant CPR
