We provide 7 days/year PTO, and pay 1.5x overtime past 40 hours/ week. Since we work from home we make sure you get a 1 hr lunch and breaks as needed. We are open to live-in potentials as well.
We've had a great nanny for a year, but she is moving on to WY to start her teaching career.

Our daughter, M., will be 4 on May 26. I'm working full time from home which helps my wife Federica with the workload, but we need help, especially for M.
As a family, we value wellness, curiosity, open-mindedness, music, and laughter.
M. is a fierce, fun, goofy girl who's been shortchanged by covid and a lot of moving around the world. We hope Boulder brings stability, and along with daycare in August, we'd love to have someone around to give her the attention she needs and deserves.
We're laid back so feel free to recommend a schedule. Ideally we'd like 2-3 days a week for 4-6 hours. Minimum $18/hour but will offer more based on experience.
We look forward to meeting you!

My husband and I are will both be working full time; I work from home, and he works from home 2 days a week. We’re looking for support from ~7am-5pm M-F, though there is some flexibility we can discuss regarding hours. All federal holidays will be observed.
Our ideal nanny is caring, experienced with infants, and excited to work with us to aid in our son’s development. We would greatly value someone with 5+ years of experience, who can teach us a few parenting tricks along the way. Responsibilities will be focused on our son; no expectations of meal prep, housework, etc outside of his needs.
Our ideal “share family” has one or two kids of about the same age- so if you know of someone, we’d love to meet them!

We're looking for someone to care for daughter (six months in mid-April) at our home in east Boulder. Start date is flexible.
We're thinking ~15 hrs/wk, and are flexible on days / times. Likely 3 days/wk for 5 hrs.
About you: You are interested in early childhood development and have direct experience working with infants. You're communicative, caring, and engaging. You've received the COVID-19 vaccine.
About us: we both work remotely in technology and finance. When not working, we're spending time outside -- hiking, climbing, skiing, trail running.
We're flexible, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss your ideal scenario. We look forward to connecting, thanks!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Boulder, CO
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Boulder, CO
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Boulder, CO? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
