A little bit about us

Looking for help with my son Luke. 7months old. I work part time and need some one to help watch him at my office where I work. I’m a chiropractor and the office is mine so I have a room set up with his things. Basically holding him and walking around, getting him to take his naps, making and giving his bottle and snacks. Changing diapers, working on milestones. Preferably someone who speaks Spanish only to him. That’s 2 days a week at the office and occasional one day a week at home to help. I do have two dogs at home. Same duties as Monday and Wednesday but at home to get phone calls and computer work done.
Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am -5:30pm at the office
Thursday mornings 9am -1pm. At home.

A little bit about us

We have three amazing daughters, including our 2-year-old. My husband and I are home full time. He works 8am–4pm from home. I am a small business owner looking for more breathing room to sit and focus at the desk. Our toddler anttends preschool every morning until 12:45 and is a very happy and social little one. She loves to play, read books, and do activities together. Our older daughters attend the neighborhood elementary and middle schools and sometimes need a ride home. Other house tasks include tidying, folding laundry, We might occasionally need help with picking up kids from school 1 mile away and taking them to dance and horseback riding classes. Our family is creative, musical, and warm. We attend church on Sundays and have lovely neighbors and friends in Denton. Hours per week start at 8 and will likely increase during the summer break. Schedule is flexible but we’d like to start with help on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Date night availability would be an added bonus for us! We’re looking for a female nanny who is cheerful, kind, and thoughtful.

A little bit about us

My wife and I have 2 kiddos and are looking for care in June. They are 3 and 3 months. We are seeking full time care of these guys while we are away at work as well as select other opportunities.

I work until 2-4pm most days and when my wife works on weekdays, she’s gone virtually all day.

We are wanting someone who really loves kids and has the patience and understanding of what nanny care entails for this age group.

Our 3 year old Caleb will be out of preschool for the summer so there will be no transportation needed for either.
Ezra is our 3 month old

We are wanting to scout for who can assist us starting June until the end of the year at a minimum.

Hours could vary however we can iron out those details as we get closer. In addition we are transparent and open so if there are questions or concerns..we are open to talking anytime.

No travel is needed as the kids will stay in the home during the hours needed.
Monday and Tuesday 8-3pm roughly and the occasional weekend

Hello I have a soon to be 4 month old son who is exclusively breastfed. I would love to connect with someone that has experience with an infant and knows or is willing to learn how to feed him (breast milk in bottle). I’m looking for part time care starting with one or two days per week from august until June with occasional breaks put in. You must have a valid drivers license. I would love someone that’s CPR certified, and willing to occasionally bring baby to visit me at work. The hours would be 7:15-4:15

A little bit about us

Hi there, new (almost) dad here. We're due in October!

We're really just looking at options right now to help us some around the house, allow us to get a little work done around the house ourselves, give us some time to work out, go to the store, etc.

We were interested in a night nurse too for the first couple weeks.

We're just starting our search and will have a better understanding of our needs soon.

Thanks!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Denton, TX

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Denton, TX

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Denton, TX? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
