A little bit about us

Currently working from home while caring for my two wonderful children (ages 3yr and 2months.) Once I return to work from my maternity leave, if my position continues to be remotely (undetermined as of yet), I will need at home child care between the hours of 8-12pm M-F. I would be home as well and would be able to help with any major duties and/or concerns as long as I am not in a meeting.

A little bit about us

Looking for Infant-Qualified Nanny (~25 hours/week, 2-3 weeks/month)

We are first-time parents with an almost 5-month-old baby boy and 10-year-old pup!

We are seeking a dog-lover with strong infant experience to help take care of our little loves!
We want someone who is nurturing, calm, engaging, playful, and comfortable caring for a younger baby and who has experience with dogs too! It is important to us that this individual is warm, communicative, honest, and willing to be an extension of our family. As first-time parents, we are also hoping the nanny will also be able to teach us things about infants we may not know!

Location: Midtown Phoenix

Pay: $20-25/hour

Schedule: Varies, but typically:
- Tuesdays 12-7p, Wednesdays 9/11a-5p, Thursdays 11-7p
- Additional hours would be available for early mornings, date nights (until 10-11pm), and some Fridays (around 10a-3pm, but flexible)
- Note: We will be traveling ~1.5 week/month during the summer to escape the heat and visit family

Employment period: June-September, with possibility for extension
- We were part of an au pair program, but realized we wanted someone with more infant experience. If it is a good fit, we may continue working with the nanny we hire either part- or full-time past September.

Responsibilities:
- Baby-related household tasks: laundry, sterilizer/washing, tidying, etc.
- Bottle feeding, tummy time, naps, age-appropriate developmental activities, helping introduce solid foods
- Taking dog to the park in the middle of the day
- Some household tasks (eg, folding laundry, tidying kitchen)

Musts:
- Infant experience with at least three references
- Pass a background check
- CPR and first-aid certified (or willing to receive for infants)
- Comfortable with a breastfeeding mom
- Good driving record
- Fully vaccinated

We are hoping to have someone start June 12th, but we would love to meet them beforehand and/or have a few trial days to be sure that we are a good fit for each other.
