We are looking for a caring, reliable, and engaging nanny to provide in-home care during weekdays, typically Mon through Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional days extending until 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Feeding bottles and age-appropriate solid foods.
Preparing bottles/formula.
Following his daily routine
Diaper changes.
Bathing and dressing him as needed.
Keeping his play area, bottles, and baby items clean and organized.
Engaging him in age-appropriate play throughout the day.
Providing updates on his day, including meals, naps, activities, and any concerns.
We would love someone who has experience with infant development and enjoys helping babies learn through play. Our goal is to find someone who will actively encourage our son to reach developmental milestones rather than simply supervise him.
We're looking for someone who will:
Incorporate age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, language, social, sensory, and fine/gross motor development.
Use purposeful, interactive play to encourage learning and curiosity.
Support and reinforce physical therapy (PT) exercises and recommendations during play and daily routines.
Read books, sing songs, and talk with him throughout the day to encourage language development.
Foster independence, confidence, and problem-solving through play.
Be patient, attentive, and genuinely engaged with him.
Qualifications
Experience caring for infants.
Knowledge of infant development and developmental milestones.
Experience implementing therapy recommendations or working with children receiving PT/OT is a plus.
Current infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a home where one parent works remotely.
Strong references and a clean background check.
