A little bit about us

You’ll be providing tender care to our independent, 2 year old, energetic, non-verbal son. He’s very smart and engaging when given gentle direction and interaction. Loves to watch Disney movies with you, listen to music, go for walks around the neighborhood, run and climb. Pushing verbal skills are encouraged along with gentle non-verbal gestures. He’s in need of a learning buddy and caretaker for those long work days without mommy and daddy. Most care will be in home 6-12 hours a week, 2-4 days a week, some mornings to mid-day. Play time outdoors (weather permitting) is always encouraged and favorited. Coming over for date nights would also be greatly appreciated. Parents are the only POC. Our small fur-son is very independent and doesn’t need care throughout the day. Outside/Center learning activities are still being determined at this time.

A little bit about us

We are two moms with a high energy five year old son who loves to run and play, and a calm 20 month old daughter who will dance and sing her favorite tunes for what seems like hours. We would love to find a child care provider that can fill in for when our nanny is unavailable the last week in November 2023 (9am to 6pm, ideally), plus for date nights and occasional weekend day sitting in the future. The responsibilities will include school pick up, trips to the park and/or library, making meals and serving snacks to the kids, and other kid-related responsibilities that we can chat about upon meeting. Our hourly rate budget is flexible depending on your experience and mutual needs, so we are open for discussion.
