A little bit about us

Warm, active nanny needed for our 6-year-old—not general babysitting. We need real experience with neurodivergent, demand-avoidant kids.

She's neurodivergent, mainly showing up as demand avoidance: she thrives on choices, not commands, and gets rigid when boxed in. She's imaginative, a skilled builder, loves art and animals (especially cats), and is always up for a game, trampoline, or monkey bars. She engages with reading/math/writing only if it's playful, never worksheets.

Past after-school programs didn't work—she couldn't decompress until home. We want someone who meets her one-on-one, on her own terms.

Must drive her to activities (gymnastics start-up planned). Patient, playful, low-demand language a must. Background check and references (ideally from neurodivergent families) required. Paid trial offered.

A little bit about us

My husband and I have (almost) 2 year old twin boys and 2 older daughters, ages 4.5 and 7! We are looking to replace our current nanny who has been with us for 2 years and moving to another part of town with her previous family. We’d like the same schedule she had (10am-6pm mon-fri). It is a big job and at times requires a lot of multitasking and patience. Pay is negotiable depending on experience, availability, and willingness to do the job in its entirety.

A little bit about us

Flexible start date. $20-$23/hr. As two career professionals, my husband and I are looking for someone to care for our two sweet children in our home, ages 2 and 5 years old. Both children are very well behaved, eat great, and nap independently. They love to be outdoors. We live in a fun, family-oriented neighborhood. We have a park right across the street and another just a stroller ride away!

We are looking for someone who is consistent and extremely reliable. In turn, you will have guaranteed hours with no weekends or evenings, and all federal holidays off. Hours needed would be Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30 p.m. Open to discuss a Mon-Fri schedule, too! We do not ask for any household duties outside of the childrens dishes, laundry, & tidying up.
We look forward to speaking with you!
