Mom is currently home but planning to return to work 1-2 days a week. A little bit about us

We are looking for a warm, reliable, energetic full-time nanny for our almost 2.5-year-old son.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM
Start: ASAP
Pay: $22-25/hr based on experience and fit
Trial: Paid trial days required
Our son is active, curious, and playful. He still needs hands-on support with meals and routines, including spoon-feeding while we help him learn self-feeding. He is not potty trained yet, so diapering and future potty-learning support are part of the role.
We are looking for someone genuinely engaged in his well-being and development — someone who enjoys playing, reading, singing, talking, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning. English fluency is required because he understands English only. South Asian/Indian cultural familiarity is a plus, especially comfort with vegetarian food and household routines.
Responsibilities: toddler care, active play, feeding support, diapering, keeping playroom tidy, toddler dishes/cups, and toddler laundry.
Must have: toddler experience, strong reliability, punctuality, CPR certification, non-smoker, experienced/reliable driver, reliable transportation, references, and ideally someone living near or within a reasonable commute to Holmdel.
Both parents work full-time, so reliability is very important. We understand true emergencies happen, but cannot accommodate frequent or last-minute callouts.
Please message with your experience, hourly rate, availability, general location/commute to Holmdel, CPR status, driving experience, and references. Thanks!

A little bit about us

Part time, after-school care for our two kids (daughter, Emilia, is in kindergarten, and Gabriel is in pre-school). The primary part of the day we are looking for help is the afternoon/early evening time (3-6 PM. Mon-Thurs each week). That fun time of the day where it’s activities, homework, dinner prep, etc. We’d ideally love for someone to also be able to help manage the house (laundry, cooking, errands, etc). We’re really looking to start a long time relationship with someone, someone who would essentially be an extended part of our family. We know that life will only continue to get more hectic as our kids grow and it’s important to us that this person feels invested.
