Exact details can be flexible, but generally we are looking for care on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8a-5p. This would include activities, light prep of meals, nap time and diaper changes. Additional hours (evenings and weekends) available if desired, as well as opportunities for paid travel (neither are required). We provide zoo and COSI memberships, and a vehicle for transportation to/from activities if needed.
About Our Family
In addition to our daughter, we have two dogs, so comfortability with animals is a must. Dad works from home with dedicated office space and mom will be in and out with errands. We are generally a laid-back family that enjoys walks, music and eating out.
About the Position
We are looking for a kind, compassionate caregiver to engage with our daughter in fun, creative and educational activities, while helping to generally maintain her routine.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of nanny experience with toddler-age children (references required). Preferably the candidate will have a degree in early childhood education or similar, but it is not required. Strong preference for CPR training.
Transportation to/from our house is required, as is a clean driving record. Background check is also necessary. Must be comfortable around dogs (including large dogs).
Pay is commensurate with experience
