A little bit about us
A little about us: my husband works a lot, so I’m home doing most of the baby care while also working part-time, and honestly, I’m struggling to keep up with everything. Leo is currently going through a sleep regression, so I’m not getting much sleep at night. Sometimes when the nanny is here, I may even use that time to take a much-needed nap.
What I’m really looking for is someone who will give Leo lots of love, attention, and one-on-one care. He’s such a sweet little boy, and it’s very important to me that whoever watches him genuinely enjoys being around babies and treats him with the same care and love that I would.
I’m looking for someone about 3 days a week, but my days and hours are fairly flexible, so I’m happy to work around your schedule. I would love someone with childcare experience, and honestly, I think there’s no better experience than being a parent yourself. 😊
We also have two very friendly dogs and two cats. We’re a completely non-smoking household, and I’m looking for someone who does not smoke.
If you’re comfortable with it, light housework such as picking up after Leo, washing his bottles, or helping with little things around the house would be wonderful, but it’s absolutely not required. My main priority is Leo and making sure he gets the attention and care he needs.
