She will be watching our infant, mostly, with ability to pick our 5-year-old up from school occasionally. Husband (me) will typically be out of work in time for school pick-up.
The boys are pretty standard fare. Malcolm (the 5-year-old) is easy going and happy, as long as he has cheese and can play freely without much attention required.
Weston is the fat baby, 6 months old, and full of fire and brimstone. He has an insatiable appetite for formula, bananas, and the blood of his enemies. Happy as long as he is fed, clean, or napping. Don't wake him up prematurely lest you invite the fury of 1000 Valkyries to descend upon your sanity.
The job is simple. As long as they survive in good health and do not get grievously injured, the nanny will have little responsibility. Occasionally, Mal will be able to play with one of his neighbors, leaving you with just the hell spawn to feed souls and formula.
We love our children and enjoy joking around with and about them (obviously). Whoever so dares to undertake this privilege of childcare must adhere to some reasonable, ideological boundaries that must not be crossed. Other than that, she will have fun with them with nothing more than a few scratches and bruises to worry about.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Will need to interview any potential candidates to gauge compatibility with our family. Failures will not be dropped through a trap-door. We promise.

I’m looking for someone who is looking for a once a week gig, and will do once or twice a month date night. Once a week can be flexible for 4 hour time period and it would be watching my 3 youngest kids. And date nights would be watching all 4. The highest importance for me is having someone who is FUN!!! I want my kids excited to see the babysitter walk through the door. Also I do gentle/positive parenting. I would love to have someone who handles situations with a calm demeanor and sets connection as a high importance. I will say, I have good kids for them being so young. They are good listeners and they love to have fun! If you’re interested I would love to have a meeting with you!
