assistant/ nanny to assist with various tasks. We have two boys (9 and 7) and reside in the Hoover/Helena area. You’re a great fit if:
•You have a flexible schedule (college junior or senior with online classes or spunky retiree is ideal)

•You have experience with school-aged children (specifically, being able to provide educational support)
•You have stellar references and have a cleared background check
•Will treat our children as if they’re you’re own
•You’re active/hands-on and believe in the power of play, fun, and creativity
All about the details:
•Start date: ASAP
•Physical Hours: 3:30-9:00
•Virtual Hours (as needed): Before 3:30 (e.g. birthday party planning, researching activities, etc)
*Hours are subject to change as our schedule is fluid* We will provide advance notice in these instances.
•Days: M-F with date nights sprinkled throughout and occasional weekend getaways
A day in the life includes:
•Everyday organizing, errand running, family planning, transporting to sports extracurricular activities, light housekeeping (e.g washing dishes, laundry, prepping/cooking snacks and meals)
•Afternoon with kids: create and participate in engaging activities, tutoring & homework help
Other good to knows:
•We’re a fun, Christian family
•We have a 1-year old Frenchie (Kenzie). You’re not required to assist with her.
•Willing to pay $15-18/hour, paid weekly
•Long-term employment if you’re a great fit
•Minimum of 10-15 hours/week guaranteed with room for more hours with date night and trips
•We work from home, but are off-site for meetings and events as they arise
•Must be able to pass background check
•Must consent to knowledge of security cameras in living areas of home

Facilitating snack and HW time
Sticking to Afternoon Routine
Playing with kids and keeping them entertained
Light housekeeping (just cleaning any mess the kids make during your time together)
Taking them to the park across the street
