A little bit about us

Hello, I'm Melina, V's mother. My husband and I are both working from home (33611 - South Tampa) but we need someone to help with V. He goes to the daycare till 2.45 M, si we need someone that can help us with some home stuff until he arrives.
V is 17 month old and a very happy and active boy, he loves being read.
We love supporting and teaching him to be an independent person, talking and treating him as an individual and support self directed activity. Also, always trying to avoid "baby talk" and forcing him to things. We try to follow Montessori learning.
Responsibilities will be giving snack, playing, changing diapers, going for walks, reading.
For the moment we need help 3 days a week (can be any three days from M to F) between 2pm and 6pm.
We speak English and spanish.
Thank you!!
