We are a loving family looking for a proactive and energetic nanny to join us! We have two children: a busy 1-year-old boy and a bright 8-year-old girl. We follow a homeschool curriculum and are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between childcare, education support, and light household management. We need someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule to accommodate our work/life needs.
About the Role
Baby Care (1yo): Full engagement, including feeding, naps, diapering, and developmental play (preferably no screens).
Homeschool Support (8yo): Assisting with play curriculum, facilitating educational crafts, and keeping her engaged in activities. She has tutors that come in 4 days a week so you will mainly help with play and distracting her brother.
Active Engagement: We want someone who loves being active, playing indoors/outdoors, doing crafts, and going on walks. Both our children love being outdoors and our 8yr old regularly horseback rides (Equestrian knowledge or background a plus)
Light Chores/Household Management: Keeping children’s areas tidy, flipping laundry or loading/unloading dishwasher, and cleaning up after meals/activities/self.
Requirements
Active, energetic, and patient demeanor.
Reliable transportation.
Experience with both toddlers/infants and school-aged children (preferred).
Comfortable with homeschooling structure.
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
Background check required.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Flexible, 10-30+ hours a week depending on availability and capability. Some weekends or evenings may be required with advance notice. Potential for travel if interested!
Compensation: $18-$28/hr
