A little bit about us

We are a busy, work-from-home family looking for a full-time nanny to care for our three energetic boys in our home, Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We homeschool our children while both working full time, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and comfortable setting and enforcing boundaries. While you won’t be expected to take on formal homeschooling, we do value someone who can think independently, take initiative, and actively engage the kids throughout the day—especially by getting them outside, exploring, and involved in hands-on activities.

Our boys are active and curious—they love being outdoors, exploring, crafting, and getting dirty—so we’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys jumping in, keeping them busy, and creating a fun, structured day without needing constant direction.

I (mom) work from home, but need full-time care to stay focused and occasionally step out for meetings. We also have a dog and a cat who are very much part of the family, though no pet care is required.

We live on nearly 17 acres, so comfort with country living, wildlife, and a bit of chaos comes with the territory. While driving the kids is not currently expected, we do require a nanny with reliable personal transportation.

We’re excited to find someone who can become a trusted, steady presence in our home and keep up with our lively crew!
