A little bit about us
We have two young children under 4 who are homeschooled, as well as a 15-year-old who follows a hybrid school schedule. Our home runs best with consistency, organization, and proactive support, and we are looking for someone who naturally brings those qualities.
This role includes both childcare and household management. You will help maintain structured daily routines, support homeschool activities, keep the home organized, and assist with scheduling and day-to-day logistics. We value someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
We are a busy household and do travel at times, so flexibility is important. There will be occasions where travel is required, as well as some overnight or live-in support to maintain consistency for the children.
We are offering a long-term opportunity for the right person, with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and performance-based bonuses. Experience with young children and/or homeschool support is highly valued.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and genuinely invested in helping a household run smoothly — someone who takes pride in creating structure, stability, and a positive environment for children to grow and thrive.
If you are proactive, dependable, and naturally take ownership in your role, we would love to connect with you.
