A little bit about us
We have two young children under 4 who are homeschooled, as well as a 15-year-old who follows a hybrid school schedule. Our home runs best with consistency, organization, and proactive support, and we are looking for someone who naturally brings those qualities.
This role includes both childcare and household management. You will help maintain structured daily routines, support homeschool activities, keep the home organized, and assist with scheduling and day-to-day logistics. We value someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
We are a busy household and do travel at times, so flexibility is important. There will be occasions where travel is required, as well as some overnight or live-in support to maintain consistency for the children.
We are offering a long-term opportunity for the right person, with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and performance-based bonuses. Experience with young children and/or homeschool support is highly valued.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and genuinely invested in helping a household run smoothly — someone who takes pride in creating structure, stability, and a positive environment for children to grow and thrive.
If you are proactive, dependable, and naturally take ownership in your role, we would love to connect with you.

I work in the medical field, so my hours are crazy! Some days I start at 4am, 4:45am or I close, which means a long day. I would need a nanny to come to my home before I leave for work, get the kids up and ready for school, and transport them to their school. I do require a valid drivers license and auto insurance that is active. I would also like a driving record if you are considered for the position.
After taking them to school, you would be free to do whatever you want. Then the children need to be picked up by 3:20pm. And then I would need you to stay until either myself or my husband arrived at home. He’s in construction, so his season is almost over with.
If this is something you are interested in, please message me!
Hope to hear from you soon!

I am a first time mom so I'm looking for someone patient with me. I have a preference and routine I'd ideally like him to follow. I like a provider who's patient and has great temperament. I intend to be present during childcare for most days during the first few months as I'm seeking a long term provider.
I also look for a care provider who offers light cleaning when possible and small personal assistance to me if needed.
If long term is a fit I do desire a provider willing to travel with me with expenses taken care of. I hope to build a long term relationship.
