A little bit about us
I am looking for someone who is nurturing, whom we can trust as an extension of our family, and will treat my children like their own family. I am looking for someone who will bring structure to their evenings while infusing it with fun.
Responsibilities will involve picking children up from bus stop in the afternoon, helping them take a short rest, guiding them with their homework completion, taking them to outside play weather permitting, accompanying and driving to and from evening enrichment classes, taking care of meal prep, providing them dinner, and clean up after, and getting them ready for bed. While childcare is the primary responsibility, I would like someone to help with clean up after children's meals, tidying up of children's room/toys/books, and children's laundry. I need assistance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30- 8:30 PM, and on Mondays and Fridays from 5:30 - 8:30 PM.
My job involves work-related travel, approximately once a month for 3 days. During such travel, I will need someone to come in from 6:00-7:30 AM to get my kids ready for school and dropped off at the school bus in the mornings. Willingness to assist with these morning hours will be reciprocated with a negotiated higher hourly rate.
References and experience with children ages 4-10 required. CPR certified preferred.
