When my husband is in Singapore for only 1 week at a time a few times per year, I would need a bit more help. I would pay a fair rate for special circumstances like this.

We are looking for someone dependable. Moms new job will not have any flexibility. Dads job is somewhat flexible if given even a days notice so communication is all we ask. You will have your schedule a month+ in advance. We are not looking for any additional duties and will provide a clean home & will leave meals prepped, etc. We are very organized but laid back people. We will consider you bringing your own children as long as you have a car that can fit the situation, or a nanny share. As we start to tackle these changes we are looking for part time care but this has the potential to turn into full time for the right fit for our family. Mom will be looking to conduct interviews in mid to late June and have at least 1 paid mothers helper day to make sure everyone is 100% comfortable and prepared.
Pay is $10/hour. We do also have two older children (13 & 9) but they live with their mother out of state, should they be visiting it is likely a family member will care for them or depending on your comfort level we can discuss an increase in pay for the additional work.
