A little bit about us
A little about our family: we have high expectations for our kids, and we require them to be kind, helpful around the house, following house rules, and being polite and respectful to everyone. When the kids don't meet those expectations, it is our goal to have appropriate consequences while maintaining a strong relationship.
Qualifications Needed: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, high school diploma, safe and reliable care-giver, patient, kind, but willing to maintain strong boundaries.
*10-20 hrs/week, with potential for more hours during the summer.
*Flexible Hours: Weekday afternoons, 1-2 Weekday evenings/week, and a few hours on the weekends.
*Nanny could potentially live in a private, secure suite of rooms in our home as partial payment.
*Responsibilities include: Pick up from school, monitoring kids while they do chores, homework, and during free-time. Dad works from home, so we need the nanny to help the kids so that he can focus on work.

A little bit about us
I just need someone to watch my daughter while I work on Saturdays and Sundays 7pm-3am. I'm willingly to pay $225/wk or $450/biweekly.
You will be watching her at my home if that's no issue at all.
I do have a 13 yr, however, he stays to himself in his room majority of the time.
