Unfortunately we would have to notify when we find out about appointments for dates and hours we would need to be away. The candidates can come to our house and sit with them. They have a million toys as well as a great backyard to play in.

We need someone who is available 10-15 hours a week and those hours need to be sometime in the afternoon Tues-Fri. We're flexible. We live in midtown, close to bus lines so a car isn't necessary, there won't be any picking-up or dropping-off all the care will be in home. However we do live close to a few parks the Discovery Museum and the library so taking walk in the stroller will be encouraged.
About me - I have a background in early childhood education two years of that was spent working in a Reggio inspired classroom and so I'm looking for someone interested and experienced in that kind of relationship based learning.
I don't believe in time-out I'm firm about that, however I do believe in strong and healthy boundaries and that actions have consequences.
We're pretty flexible though and are basically looking looking for a loving nanny with experience and great social emotional skills.
Thank you!
Megan
