10-15 Hours a Week (somewhat negotiable), Monday-Thursday (with dinner by 5/6 PM)
What you'll be doing:
1. Keeping the house tidy:
- Kids laundry/toys
- Dishes
- Vacuum/Mop
- General straighten of living areas
- *We’re willing to negotiate more hours/pay to add deeper cleaning*
2. Cooking HelloFresh meal
- Importantly, this is a minimum 2X weekly requirement for us. So while we’re flexible on days/times Monday - Thursday for the 10-15 hours, we would like to have a meal prepared & relatively warm/fresh by 5/6 p.m. You can choose how to tackle the rest of your hours throughout the week.
3. Running errands
4. Very occasional babysitting and kid transportation
What we're looking for:
- Great at managing time and staying organized
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction (we’ll provide ample onboarding, open communication and guidance)
- Someone willing to take initiative and proactively anticipate our household needs (such as ordering more diapers/picking up milk when we’re running low, suggesting/implementing systems that help us stay organized)
- Comfortable in the kitchen and following recipes in a timely manner
- Experience with both toddlers and young kids; someone who is kind, experienced and engaging
- Savvy with online research and personal shopping
- Has reliable transportation (we pay mileage for errands/tasks we ask of you)
- Must provide references
A little more about us:
We are full-time leaders who wish we could only be full-time parents (most of the time 😏). Our funny, bright, sweet and active boys keep us crazy busy when we get home from work - and we want to soak it up! We’re really hoping for that unicorn person who needs flexible, choose-your-own schedule work (within our parameters of min. 2x weekly and dinner by 5/6 p.m. most of the time).
