Compensation is $8.50/hr (approximately $1,088/month, paid in cash) plus a free, private, furnished room, food, and utilities. With these benefits included, the total package value is approximately $15–$ 16 per hour, which is competitive with the average nanny pay in the area. Paid holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as well as five paid days off annually.
Flexibility is essential. Travel is required, and relocation for clinical rotations is a real possibility later this year. This role requires a minimum commitment of 3–6 months, with the opportunity to extend for a longer period. It is best suited for someone ready to become part of the family—willing to go where we go and adapt as circumstances evolve. Reliability, consistency, and openness to both childcare and household duties are non-negotiable.
