A little bit about us
We live in East Nashville.
My wife works from home, and I work in-office full-time and travel a good bit for work. My wife's hours can vary per day, but her schedule is way more flexible. Our ideal child care hours would be at least Mon-Fri 9:30am - 3:00pm but those can be flexible based on your availability, and can vary per day. Having full coverage on Tuesday-Thursday is most important for us. Mon & Fri are a little more flexible on our end.
Beyond the Mon-Fri "school hours" we could also see this potentially being occasional late afternoon/evening hours as well as some weekend needs.
