Looking for someone to care for my 1 year old son part-time throughout the week at my home. I work from home and as his need for stimulation increased, I am unable to keep up while working. A little bit about us

We are moving to the Nashville area and looking for part time help. My son is very active. He loves to play fight, play sports, and "swim." He can NOT swim no matter what he says lol so someone who knows and maybe can help him learn would be great. I would love to find a male babysitter or someone who can keep up with him. It is me and my sister and our schedules will be different every week. We're looking for about 3 days a week with a set pay of $300. We will occasionally want a weekend or two a month and will of course pay hourly for those. This job will be summer and after school care which means the hours will change but we will still have a base pay of $300.
