Preferred schedule:
- August through May – part time of 15-20 hours per week (can we somewhat flexible on days/times but prefer Monday-Friday schedule)
- June through July – full time of 35-40 hours per week (typically 8:30am-6pm Monday-Friday)
Duties would typically include (but could vary based on need):
Personal Assisting:
- Run errands
- Pick kids up from school
- Do grocery run (or grocery pickup if you order online)
- Take kids to and from appointments and/or activities
- Help manage schedule/calendar (making appointments, ensuring all commitments are on the calendar, etc)
- Coordinating play dates, activities and social gatherings
- Ensuring kids have what they need for activities
- Steaming costumes
- Buying gifts
- Walk dog
Light Housekeeping duties:
- Load or unload the dishwasher
- Clean kitchen counters
- Prepare snacks
- Pack school lunches
- Prep dinner
- Carry out tidy routines
- Organize toys and play areas
- Gathering laundry from rooms
- Do kids laundry
- Fold clothes
- Put away clothes
- Change bedding on kids’ beds
- De-cluttering/organizing
Nanny duties:
- Babysitting the younger child as needed
Additional preferred skills:
- Personal shopping/styling assistance
- Home Decorating
