Now that she’s getting older, I want someone who can do more structured activities not just playing with toys. Some kind of schedule, nothing crazy but like reading, outdoor time, drawing etc
Some baby meal prep for lunch or breakfast, we’ll have it laid out ahead of time. Then we’ll put her down for a nap at the end of the shift (around 1-2pm)
